"Go karting itself was fun, and the staff that help with the karts and safety were polite and helpful. However the staff member at reception was not friendly at all. It was our first time here and I brought my daughter as a surprise for her birthday it was her first time in Milan, the man that served us was not friendly and when asking about her age rudely said she’s not 8 she’s 7 when I mentioned that she was gonna be 8 & her birthday was the following day. This was the first part of our trip to Milan for her birthday and it just wasn’t a great start. I wouldn’t go back"
