"I purchased a pair of sunglasses in this store. I was assisted by a salesperson named Thomas (if I’m not mistaken). After I chose the model, he said he would go get a new pair. However, it later turned out that he brought me the same pair from the display — the ones that had been tried on by half of Milan.
After leaving the boutique, I decided to take a closer look at the glasses and noticed that they were dirty and, even worse, had two scratches. I immediately went back to the store. He started wiping them with his shirt. I told him that the scratches were deep and couldn’t be removed that way. It turned out that this was the last pair in stock, and he decided to sell me the display item without even informing me.
Then he said he couldn’t process a return and that I had to go to another store in Milan to make an exchange.
On top of that, he didn’t help me choose the glasses at all, gave no advice, and behaved in a completely unprofessional manner.
I believe that such service is unacceptable in a luxury boutique. I have enough experience to compare, and I am convinced that such a person should not be representing a luxury brand."

"A lot of staffs in the store but seems none keen to help out. 😂😂😂 They tried to keep distance for whatever reason. I love all their latest collection, but only tried the slingers in the end because the unwelcome faces in the store. Love the look but someone it’s really not comfortable while walking. Pity."
