Reviews Summary

Visitors appreciate Palazzo Morando for its free admission and the immersive experience of its historic interiors. However, some express disappointment if temporary art exhibitions overshadow the expected fashion focus, and the lack of air conditioning can be a significant drawback during warmer months.

"I was there Nov 2025 and I am a bit conflicted writing this review due to the fact we went there to see history of fashion and there was very little in this category. Instead there was a large exhibit on Spiritualism. This exhibit was somewhat interesting, but not what we wanted and we should have been told at the ticket counter. My 4 stars are a result if this amazing Video called "Leda was a swan"... totally worth the price of admission."

Nancylee Spitzer

"A place filled with impressive paintings, art objects, and sculptures. Walking through the rooms, you move among works painted in chiaroscuro style and opulent interiors, making you feel as if you’ve stepped back into those times. A truly immersive experience for art lovers."

Dragoș Manea

"Beware! The fashion / costume section (the whole reason to visit) is currently closed. It seems they randomly close it between "exhibitions" rather than slowly switching out pieces like a normal museum. Really sad as this was one of the top reasons we came to Milan. Also, beware, it is not air conditioned, so if you're here in summer, you'll be sweating while looking. The palace itself is also in a bit of disrepair and the majority of the place is blocked off."
