"The staff are very rude (girl with long black hair). She asked me very rudely to put my clothes back at the hanger after fitting them. Although I was surprised I put half of them then left, but she came running after me to the cashier and shouted infront of the customers with very bad attitude “I SAID PUT THEM ON HANGERS”. I left very angry and intimidated and didn’t buy anything, although I had so many clothes. This is my first time ever I am asked to put the clothes on the hanger after fitting! It is not my job, it’s the staff’s!"

"Decided to try on a jacket in front of the mirror but was promptly told (by tall brunette white lady & a shorter blonde white lady) that customers aren't allowed to do outside the changing room. Didn't know it was a rule so would be useful to put up a sign so your staff wouldn't have to be rude & watch me like a hawk but apparently they are NOT consistent with this ruling as I saw several instances with other people who were either Italian or white 🌾 being allowed to try on jackets/coats outside the fitting room in front of the SAME ladies! Either they were blind or they only cared if you were a different colour. Another female staff member (of African-descent) was apparently just as vigilant on me but not on others? Maybe the rule only applies to POC as per their training? Doesn't that scream prejudice & bias? You want a rule- be consistent & fair. Minus the miserable attitude would be good too but that seems too much to ask 🤷🏻♀️ In contrast , the cashier (short brunette) and the only male staff were at least polite & had a semblance of customer service. You want to be treated rudely? Look no further! You see all the comments saying literally the same thing about their customer service? Now THAT'S consistent 🙂"
