"Typically would avoid anywhere with this sort of rating in the first place but had no choice in the matter and frankly amazed it’s even 3.7. The service from start to finish is poor and the restaurant has little going for it apart from an Instagram friendly flower bar.
Even the view (which is nice) was tough to really access with a makeshift 50cm wide balcony behind their plastic window sheeting.
It doesn’t get better with the food unfortunately - the steak tartare is almost inedible it’s so heavily coated in garlic and the pasta dishes are bland and uninspiring (the eggplant parmasiano wasn’t bad). Again aside from the tiramisu the deserts were equally poor, the menu is almost all miss minimal hit.
The cloakroom attendant had disappeared when we went to retrieve our coats leaving them unguarded/accessible to anyone and we had to dive into the closet ourselves to get them, the finishing touch on a restaurant experience best avoided"

Unfortunately, the service did not reflect the same quality. The cashier was cold from the beginning, but what really disappointed us was what happened while paying. We noticed an item on the bill that we hadn’t ordered, and when we politely asked for it to be removed, she rolled her eyes and continued with a condescending attitude.
I told her directly that her behavior was not appropriate. It really took away from what could have been a pleasant experience.
Beautiful place, but service — especially from the staff at the cashier — definitely needs improvement."
