What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Guests consistently praise the impeccable service and friendly, empathetic staff, particularly at the front desk and in the dining room. The hotel's offerings meet expectations with good selections. However, a significant concern is the potential for inflated taxi fares at night, with one guest reporting being overcharged significantly.
"When you are ordering taxi at night from hotel to airport ask price, because instead of paying 25 euro I did pay 75euro and I didn’t why . Week ago when we arrived from airport to hotel was 25. I did ask driver, he explained what that is not regular taxi but was late. During night, you don’t have too many choices, my advise before car ask how much going to cost you, 10 minutes trip I paid 75 instead 25. My personal opinion that hotel front desk mistakes I did order regular taxi.."
