What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for Milan's Zara are mixed, with many praising its extensive selection and status as a prime location for new collections. However, some shoppers report negative experiences with rude or unhelpful staff, and the absence of a men's section in this particular branch is a common complaint.
"The worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely rude. I was waiting in line to pay, and after the three people in front of me finished, a staff member came over, took all the people behind me, and told them the payment line was on the other side. When I said I was also paying and was ahead of them, he told me I had to go to the back of the line if I wanted to pay. The lady who was currently paying agreed with me, apologized, and opened the line for me, but the staff member still refused to do his job and insisted I move to the end of the line. I called the manager, who just gave me a weak apology. In the end, I didn’t even make my purchase. A terrible experience and absolutely unacceptable customer service."

"Staff here range from passive-aggressive, to aggressive-aggressive, to DGAF, to genuinely clueless. It’s my nearest Zara so I just come for collecting my online orders usually, but after being yelled at today by a power tripping salesman half my age because I used a lift (that his colleague downstairs gestured for me to use by the way), I’m over it.
You’re better off going to the Zara on Corso Vittorio Emanuele. That is a bigger, more organized store with a wider selection - and more importantly, they have staff that’s keen to help you shop and have a good experience."

"Wanted to go shopping with my girlfriend.
They don‘t even have a men section which is pretty ridicolous.
Outside and around the changing rooms men are ,,forbidden“ so my gf wasn‘t able to show me her fits.
The staff also tells you that very unfriendly.
Not a single seating option.
Worst Zara I was ever in."
