"This is really not a place that can be called a museum unfortunately. We had 30 min to kill before the tourist train (which was also disappointing) so decided to give a visit. Only costed €3 so not a lot of money was wasted but this place just had some posters / printed explanation in English on A4 and chocolate sculptures which didn’t smell great. Very small. The only good things about this place was the friendly ticket office person and two small pieces of chocolate they give you at entrance (so that we learnt that we don’t like Modica chocolate and hence didn’t waste our time going for a chocolate tasting). If you need somewhere air conditioned and access to a toilet to get a short break from walking around Modica you could consider visiting this place but that’s really not what a museum should be."
