"The Seminary Dock is the eastern part of the port, the open space in front of the Cathedral and extending toward the lighthouse.
One of the most popular spots among the residents of Molfetta, and not only for the typical evening and Sunday stroll, especially on beautiful days and warm summer evenings. With the exception of small vessels belonging to the Port Authority, there are no boats moored in front of the Cathedral, making it a prime spot for enjoying Molfetta's famously beautiful and evocative sunsets. For some years now, parking in front of the Harbour Office has been prohibited, making it a highly accessible area for pedestrians who pass through to stroll along the port or to go north of the Cathedral to the recently renovated and equipped area that the residents of Molfetta affectionately call "Draet o'Mul.""
