What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Lungo Po Moncalieri is a beloved public park offering a refreshing escape with its riverside views and family-friendly amenities. Visitors appreciate the dedicated dog park and playground, making it a versatile spot for all. While generally well-maintained, some areas can be affected by weather, and cleanliness could be improved in certain spots.
"This morning, taking advantage of the cool hours, we visited the park with the children and granddaughter to entertain ourselves for a couple of hours before going to the pool. We found the park area to be to our liking because the rides/attractions kept the little ones busy and I admired the banks of the Po in full bloom. In front of the playground there is a water fountain where everyone can quench their thirst. Immediately at the entrance we noticed that there is a fenced area dedicated to dogs. In this very beautiful setting, to be at the top, the grass could do with regular mowing."

"I noticed that where children (and not only) play there is little cleanliness and care. I am truly sorry for the only park we have in this area for children to grow and play and find it so dirty and unkempt."

"I go to the dog park. It's a beautiful park with plane trees, maples, sweetgum, walnut trees, and conifers. You can reach a jetty with a beautiful view of the Po River. I think there's even a bowling alley. Once a year, an interesting medieval event takes place, featuring people in costume, reconstructed medieval settings, horses, and birds of prey."
