"This hotel is incredibly terrible.
I came on a group tour, so I didn't have choice. But I never want to go this hotel.
It's very old, and room is cold. because they didn't heat it up.
The doors touch the floor, and the locks are poor, making it very annoying. The shower room is very cramped, and the floor, furniture, and bedding are messy, and there is dust and mold.
The restaurant and breakfast are also terrible.
There are no stores around and it is far from tourist destinations, so it is difficult to travel unless you are a group traveler who takes a tour bus.
Most upsettingly, the leak caused by their lack of care forced them into a colder, narrower and dirtier room. The staff didn't apologize and were very rude."

"I stayed for two nights during a tour around Europe. The room was very spacious and comfortable, as well as beautiful! There were some aspects that looked old in the hotel but that didn’t make it less comfortable to be in. There are also a lot of green spaces, a pool and a terrace to hang out! The service was great, the staff helped me during my stay and even after it when I left some of my belongings. With a lot of patience, kindness, and selflessness they helped me retrieve my belongings. The location is not near Rome and the nearest station is 10minutes away by car. However after that, it’s easy to get to the city. In summary, I would definitely recommend the hotel!"

"Service is terrible. There is rarely anybody at the front desk to help and whenever there is they seem bothered or irritated as if they don’t want to speak to you, and rude. The WiFi here is terrible. It goes in and out every 5 minutes which is very frustrating. About 10% of the channels on the television actually work. The food is mediocre. Beds are so hard and uncomfortable and squeaky. They left me with back pain. Not the best place to relax after a long day of exploring Rome."
