"DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt unwelcome. The front staff was a young man who was clearly overwhelmed, stressed out, and not friendly. We were directed upstairs to change and led to a room for Turkish bath and sauna. The man in the string bikini made the place feel dirty in a 'am I going to get molested' kind of way and really the entire atmosphere was the same. It was just wet and felt dirty. The showers were cold, the sauna was old, broken, and falling apart... This place has so much potential and it's clear it's in a crisis!! I opted out right away, dressed, and went downstairs for a refund. My guy stayed, uncomfortably, and had a massage as well. He said it was more like a fingertip brushing than a massage. Just terrible. We are SO unimpressed, SO disappointed, and I, disgusted by this spa. It's time to close and lock the doors or find new ownership!! And we're STILL waiting on our refund... DO NOT GO HERE!"
