What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Hikers rave about the stunning coastal views and the charm of the villages of Montemarcello and Tellaro. The well-marked trails and the immersive Mediterranean nature are consistently praised. Some find the more challenging routes demanding, but the overall experience is highly rewarding.
"This route is of medium difficulty because it's uphill, but mostly through the woods, so it's not exposed to direct sunlight.
A beautiful hike surrounded by nature yet still close to roads.
Along the way, you can admire both natural beauty and the human activities that have contributed to the creation of exceptional places like Monte Marcello, Tellaro, and Lerici."

"We chose CAI trail 433 as the outward journey for our circular hike from Montemarcello to Tellaro. It doesn't have any significant elevation changes and is generally considered undemanding. There aren't many real viewpoints; there are certainly many more on trail 444, which, however, is also more challenging. The approach to Tellaro is picturesque, with a view of the village from above."
Gianluca Arminio
"Along this and the other trails the signage is perfect! Congratulations!"
