What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Gaiola Beach is praised for its stunning natural beauty, clear waters, and the picturesque islets, making it a worthwhile visit despite the challenging access. Some visitors were disappointed by debris in the water and the inability to access the islets directly, contrasting with the advertised pristine conditions.
"Beautiful beach reserve. You need to book tickets in advance but they are free. The water is really clean and you are not supposed to enter with any plastics, glass etc. The views were beautiful and the water was clean and clear. Decent walk to get to the beach but worth it in my opinion. Really loved it"

"You need to book 1-2 days before, quite easy but you need to be quick! I booked after midnight for the next day.
The place is nice, you can explore the area and swim freely, clear water and nice sea life.
It’s better if you bring water shoes, it can be dangerous if you go in and out a lot.
Only downside is that we didn’t bring any water or food and the “office” is closed on Monday..
They didn’t really checked the bags and IDs, only the Q-code was needed.
Other people also brought bottles and plastic stuff.
Public transport is bad, be prepared to wait for it and to climb a lot of stairs down and up to get to the beach."

"Good afternoon here. All free, don’t forget to book. Clean and wild."
