Its always christmas at Castle Noel! Located in Medina, Ohio, Castle Noel is a museum dedicated to the magic of Christmas. With movie props, classic christmas windows and other holiday delights, this is the place to go to find a little holiday cheer. I even got to ride down fhe slide from “A Christmas Story.” Epic.

"Awesome castle which rises at the southern end of the village on its highest and most commanding position. Located in the territory known as “Langhe“ and it is in the eleven villages forming the Barolo wine production zone within the UNESCO World Heritage designated site of the Vineyard Landscape of Piemonte : Langhe-Roero and Monferrato ...

It was built in its current neo-Gothic form in the second half of the 1800s on the ruins of an ancient manor, which dated back to the Middle Ages. In that medieval period, it belonged to the Marquis Jacopo Del Carretto and subsequently to his heirs.

It was destroyed in a fire by invading Landsknecht mercenary soldiers during the 15th century Franco-Spanish War.

It is nowadays used for weddings and receptions"

Aesthetically the castle reminds one of fantasy films. It has something magical and romantic at the same time. The internal rooms are also very beautiful and large with very impressive giant curtains. Highly recommended."
