A perfect day in Pavia 🇮🇹✨ Started at the train station and wandered through medieval towers, quiet gardens, and castle walls… ended with golden hour on the Ticino River 🌉🍷 Peaceful, beautiful, and totally underrated. @Kristina Lomakina #DayTripItaly #HiddenGemsItaly #PaviaVibes #ItalyTravelGuide #WalkWithMe #EuropeOnABudget #HistoricCities #TravelTikTok

Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Parco del Ticino Pavia for its beautiful natural setting along the river, offering a peaceful escape and opportunities for outdoor activities like walking and trail running. While some areas are well-maintained, others could benefit from more cleaning. The intense summer heat is a common concern, with recommendations to visit during cooler parts of the day.

"Love"

"Very beautiful, both the part adjacent to the city (which could, however, be a little more maintained and cleaned), and especially the 2.5km section of the path that runs along the river... A part of Pavia absolutely worth visiting to immerse yourself in the greenery. In summer, I recommend visiting early in the morning or late afternoon/evening, due to the intense heat. Alternatively, on the opposite side there are also places where you can lie down and soak up the sun."
