"Il Museo è ubicato fra la riviera e Piazza Primo Maggio, con gli storici giardinetti pubblici sulla facciata laterale nord. All'ingresso ci sono subito due sale adibite alle mostre. Io son stato nella sala conferenze nell'interrato, che spesso ha ospitato insigni personaggi della cultura nazionale, tra cui il filologo e linguista Francesco Sabatini, che tra il 2000 e il 2008 è stato pure presidente dell’accademia della crusca. La Sala al piano superiore, ospita spesso mostre di pittura. Suggerisco di telefonare per accertarsi che sia aperto e in quali orari poter visitare."
