"Monday, April 7th...twenty people waiting for the theater to open for the theater program! No communication. We call the municipal police, who call the manager (who doesn't answer). After half an hour, we learn that there's been a setback (they're on their way). We wait... At 7:00 PM (I call the manager again), we learn that the 6:00 PM program will not be held (technical problems). Too bad the technical problems miraculously disappear for the 9:00 PM program! It would have been enough to put a simple piece of paper taped to the door with some "excuse" so as not to waste an hour needlessly in front of a closed door. After all, we're in the "province"... That's how we work! Everything is approximate."
