Now, I called back and they told me everything had been done, but the courier had put the package in storage and it had been blocked. I mean, what kind of organization do you have? If you had rescheduled the delivery, why did this happen? Now I've been told it's been blocked and will be delivered the next day. I haven't received any emails or texts, and even now I can't figure out if it went through, since their tracking site is ridiculous."
