"Absolutely fantastic art gallery, with amazing pictures by amazing artists. We had the place to ourselves & the guide and other staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. I cannot recommend it highly enough."

"The Galleria di Palazzo Alberti is located in Prato. It houses the extensive collection of the CRPrato, now Intesa San Paolo, focusing on artists who, by birth or profession, had ties to the city. I had the opportunity to visit the Gallery when it reopened to the public, following the "Progetto Cultura" initiative initiated by the bank. The tour is led by a guide, lasts about an hour, and reservations are required (all the necessary information is available on the website). Among the works on display, I cannot fail to highlight a Bellini; a Filippo Lippi; and, above all, a Caravaggio (recently rediscovered following careful restoration). And by the way... the "Progetto Cultura" initiative is free."
