"It appears to be an ancient castle that appears in historical documents earlier than Roncoro Castle. Although there is a road, the height difference is about 350m, and there are many steep slopes that would make a car squeak, so it was quite a challenge to visit on foot after Roncoro Castle.
You can only get inside the castle by passing through the grounds of a grape farm directly below, but luckily the owner was there and kindly gave us permission. It seems that the main castle can only be entered by reservation-only tour, so we looked up at the castle walls and enjoyed the view from the sub-castle before leaving."
