"The spa was fantastic with its steam room, sauna, salt room and salt pool. The body and facial scrub left my skin with a warm glow and my girlfriend commented that the deep wrinkles had disappeared from my forehead. The real highlight was the staff specifically Monica. There was a very strong rain storm that hit while we were enjoying our time at the spa which stopped taxis and busses and we had no way to get back to our hotel. Monica drove us in her personal car (which was a really cute Fiat EV) half an hour to our hotel, her kindness will never be forgotten. Thank you Monica, if you ever visit Toronto Fanula and I will make sure you are welcomed with all the warmth you showed us."

"I tried to call many times before to know if I needed a reservation, but it was always busy. The information on their internet site was that it was open. When I arrived in the place there were many cars outside so as people in the building, but the information from the lady in the reception was that it was closed, and nothing else. I walked from my hotel over there in the pouring rain for nothing. Lack of respect and consideration. Never again."
