HOWEVER, beware their breakfast which is described in Booking Com as "an abundant continental breakfast". It's NOT!
What you really get is a very limited selection of ONLY VEGAN food.
In a country that produces perhaps the best charcuterie in the world, you get strange tasting slices (one kind only) defined as "organic" something. For me they felt foul tasting. Also forget about the wide selection of tasty Italian cheeses: You get 2-3 kinds only and , mildly put, far from being the best Italy has to offer.
Being a vegan is a matter of personal choice. If people insist on drinking soy, rice, rye "milk" while ignoring the long list of chemicals found in their list of ingredients - it's their own business. The same goes for those who choose to give up wonderful Prosciutto di Parma in their breakfast in order to "save the Earth".
However, these hotel policies should be prominently displayed & emphasized so that people can choose for themselves what they want to consume in their meals."

We were welcomed with amazing treats upon arrival, and the breakfast was rich, delicious, and full of variety. The central location was ideal, and the staff went above and beyond—especially Marina, who accompanied us throughout our stay, made sure everything was perfect, and took care of us in the most thoughtful way.
As if that wasn’t enough, at the end of our stay we were even given a bag of treats for the journey. Honestly, this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room itself was luxurious, with two taps in the shower and in the sink—simply amazing. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return soon!"
