However, upon arriving on the day of my birthday, I was informed that there was no reservation under my name. The person in charge was incredibly rude and failed to acknowledge their mistake, despite my providing proof of the reservation made via phone call. To add insult to injury, the person even resorted to using profanity in Italian, assuming we wouldn't understand.
The only saving grace of the evening was the waitress named Julia. She was visibly upset by her colleague's behavior and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Julia promptly arranged a table for us and ensured that she personally attended to us throughout the night. Despite my frustration and disappointment, we decided to have dinner and then leave for another venue.
I must emphasize that I strongly advise against booking any special events, such as birthdays, at this establishment due to the chaotic and unprofessional experience we endured. Additionally, it's worth noting that despite requesting for the cake to be stored in the freezer, it was not, resulting in it melting"
