Chefs are frequently commended for their professionalism, friendliness, and clear instruction, making the process enjoyable for all skill levels. The inclusion of a meal made from your own creations, often with wine, is a significant draw. "A very fun experience. My wife and I attended the cooking class on a trip to Rome. We showed up at the location (Gusto Restaurant) a few minutes early and enjoyed watching the crowd prior to our time.
A family with two older boys joined our class. Our chef and teacher was very professional while being friendly and engaging.
In short time we had made pasta and terramisu. Much easier than any of us had imagined.
A very fun time for all...when finished we sat at a reserved table on the patio and had dinner from our own creations."

"My wife and I attended the Pizza and Tiramisu Class. It was one of the best experiences of our 8 days in Rome. We enjoyed the interactions with instructor and other attendees. The instruction of the recipes was clear and practical. After the fun of making our Tiramisu and Pizza, we were able to enjoy our created pizza and tiramisu with wine. We left with access to recipes. We have already made Tiramisu back home. It turned out well. Highly recommend this class!"

"We visited Rome in November and all agreed that the pizza and tiramisu making class with Chef Mattia at Eat Walk Italy was the most fun and enjoyable experience of our trip. We visited The Colosseum (with underground tour), the Vatican Museum and many of the ‘top tourist’ spots and yet this won hands down. Mattia was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and gave us clear and practical instructions to help us recreate our masterpieces at home. After the class our pizza was cooked and we enjoyed it with a glass of wine (included) with our tiramisu for desert. We were the only three people in the class so we felt as though we had our own personal tutor! Highly recommended, thanks Mattia."
