Reviews Summary

Reviews for Castagneto Carducci itself are generally positive, highlighting its charming medieval atmosphere and relaxed pace of life. However, some reviews mention issues with local banking services, specifically ATMs, citing long waits for refunds and poor customer service in such instances.

"Horrible experience….. be careful with their ATM. I'll briefly tell you about my experience…. I went to withdraw 250 euros from their ATM last Saturday. They make me go through all the procedures. I enter my PIN and as if by magic, the message "transaction not available" appears on their screen…. I imagine that there was a problem with their terminal, without being surprised because unfortunately the ATMs of this bank, and only this bank, often have problems…. I open my home banking and notice with shock and anger that the 250 euros had been taken from my account…. I wait until the branch opens on Monday, asking for explanations and for my money back, and very smugly they told me that it can happen and that they can't do anything and that to get my money back I will have to wait a biblical amount of time, varying between 15 and 30 days…, do you realize???? And if I had only had that money to buy groceries for my family and my children, how would I have done it? Employees and managers lacked any empathy, indeed, almost annoyed at my request for explanations... I strongly advise you not to withdraw your money from this bank if you don't want to risk, like me, finding your hard-earned money stolen. Shame on you... I remain available to BCC managers who wish to contact me."

Samuele Chinellato

"Been a customer for 8 years, never a problem. Excellent bank and excellent branch. Financial advisor always available and responsive to our needs. Recently, I've also been a customer for insurance. Deserves 5 stars."

Ivano Bucelli

"Negative..........such a good manager is impossible to be surrounded by arrogant and incompetent people......luckily the cashiers are kind even if unfortunately they are managed by harpies"
