What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Capo Nero for its spectacular views, relaxing atmosphere, and unique seawater pools, making it a gem for locals and families. While the natural beauty is undeniable, some reviewers note areas of degradation and poor maintenance. Despite this, the charm and tranquility of the location are consistently highlighted as major positives.
"This little gem is a spectacular location. I stayed in the "Caponero Residence," which isn't particularly pretty from above, but it offers a unique quality of life. First of all, it's a place, and this residence in particular, popular with locals, so there's little chaos: in the mornings, there were 3-4 people at the pool. The residence is gigantic, with these rooms converted into mini-apartments and, in some cases, rented out. There's a beautiful Olympic-size pool fed by the sea, and other small pools for children. There's also a small beach if you like. The complex has a pizzeria/bar, which should be avoided, but it's fine for afternoon ice cream. My apartment had a sea view, and in the mornings, it was heaven. Outside this enormous residence, there are a few shops, and about 500 meters away, there's a Carrefour that's open day and night and can deliver your groceries to your door. The bus stop is 20 meters from the complex, heading towards Sanremo.
I have no criticisms because it was one of the most relaxing holidays of my life."
