What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary

However, many express frustration with the site's unpredictable and often inconvenient opening hours, which can make visiting difficult.
"Interesting but too theoretic for me"

"I wasn't expecting this truly interesting place, beautifully done and very beautiful. If you're in Senigallia, I recommend dropping by. Outside, I was greeted by a very kind lady who also explained archaeological sites in other areas."
Vincenzo Ferretti
"Archaeological Area located in via Leopardi di Senigallia (AN), what can I say a buried Roman city, a tourist attraction, during these Christmas holidays even if the opening hours indicated Saturday and Sunday were not respected 'CLOSED' without any warning, yesterday Saturday 4 January 2025 by chance found open, the custodian lady at the time told me (today I am there, in the future I do not know).
I am indignant that a custodian cannot be found for the opening of the archaeological site.
I gave only three stars not for the site which is very beautiful and interesting and deserves the maximum number of stars, but because it is almost impossible to visit.
So tourists and not if you manage to visit it you are lucky, in any case the entrance is free.
Thanks Giovanni."
