What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Siena Railway Station is a functional transit point with a convenient cafeteria and accurate train information. However, travelers frequently note significant issues with the reliability of elevators and escalators, making accessibility a concern for those with heavy luggage or mobility challenges. Despite these drawbacks, it serves as a good starting point for exploring Tuscany.
"Front entrance from where the cab dropped me at 6:00 a.m. But it was dark and there we're not that many people. Once I finally found the ticket office or maybe it was very kind and explaining each of the two trains would be faster to my customer s leave little bar restaurant but very well supplied with pastries and drinks and even a alignment checkout buddy went very quickly. All in all no complaints! No elevator so you have to carry your bag down under the top as you. But the train came on time and the platform monitors were accurate."
Jim Mannoia
"Only half of the lifts and escalators actually work. The place is in a state of disrepair. If you’ve got heavy bags or are a person living with a disability, you’re stuffed."
James Bullock
"Wonderful city, people, restaurants, shops, and sights. Be prepared to do lots of walking! Plenty of day trip options!"
