"I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They helped us craft a perfect journey through Italy. The guides were amazing and the hotels were great. From starting to plan the trip until arriving home, everything went smoothly and we had the best time."

"Using Ciao Andiamo for our trip to Italy was the smartest thing we ever did! We were treated like gold from the moment we landed in Rome.
Our guides were each wonderful and made each place we went to interesting ... even for me, a person who does not like history. The tours were wonderful, the hotels unique and homey with amazing breakfasts and the service outstanding. Each person who assisted us went above and beyond to make sure we had a personal, fully enjoyable experience. When my husband left his glasses in one of the cars in Italy, the driver and team ensured they were returned to us.
I have no idea what this trip would have cost us if we didn't use Ciao Andiamo, but I can't imagine NOT using them. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"We highly recommend Ciao Andiamo (https://ciaoandiamo.com/) for your travel needs in Italy. We just completed our trip to Amalfi and Florence in May 2025. While we have traveled to Europe and Italy before, two members of our group were experiencing their first trip.
As seasoned travelers, I can tell you that the true hallmark of a travel company is its onsite vendors, partners, and ground team. That is what truly made Ciao Andiamo excellent. While these trips are once in a lifetime, there can still be a lot of anxiety when traveling abroad that distracts from the experience. However, the Ciao ground team was always just a short message away, very responsive, and always had the right suggestion or solution. Furthermore, every vendor and partner was truly amazing. All the drivers made us feel safe and secure. Ciao provided us with large vehicles that had plenty of room for luggage, as well as legroom. Even when we needed the third row, I had plenty of room to stretch.
Next, all their guides were exceptional. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. By the end of the tour, we felt like lifelong friends. Each guide made small efforts to ensure their tour was unique and special compared to others we had experienced. We loved our driving tour of Amalfi, the boat ride to Capri, Pompeii-Herculaneum, the Uffizi art gallery, and twilight walking in Florence. Each tour was worthwhile for the excursion options.
The Ciao Andiamo team also has impeccable taste for their recommendations. First, if you are on the Amalfi coast, I am not sure I can stay anywhere but Praiano anymore. Even Sorrento is now too large and touristy. Our stay at Hotel Onda Verde was one of the best experiences ever. The property is so unique and gorgeous, built into the cliffside. Our terrace had us over the water. The staff was so friendly that it felt like family. Their restaurant is recognized as one of the best by the locals. Not only was the free morning breakfast amazing, but we started to eat almost all our meals there instead of going out. In particular, the Linguine al Limone, Bottoni ripieni di genovese di manzo e fonduta di provolone del Monaco, Baccalà alla puttanesca con verdure del Giorno, local lemon crème cake, and the very unique way they do Tiramisu. Other food highlights from this area are La Strada for the lemon Ravioli, the bakery in Amalfi, and Ravello for the panini shop.
Our final highlight was the Ciao team organizing a vow renewal for us at the Bindi Sergardi winery, just north of Siena, which dates back to 1349. The estate was gorgeous, and the staff went out of their way to make this a special occasion. They were incredibly kind and accommodating. The business manager delivered a beautiful speech in Italian that makes anyone who watches the video tear up."
