For a residence like this, I don't think a clean beach is too much to ask. The lounge chairs and umbrellas are from the 1990s, and it's a long walk downhill to get there. It's difficult for the elderly and disabled to reach it. Not recommended for everyone."

"It is possible to reach the beach by car, but there are 3 parking spaces, so it is difficult to find a place, on foot it is a bit of a feat as it is very downhill from the rooms, on the way back then all uphill with children or elderly people becomes impossible, a shuttle would be enough or even arranging to park more cars. The beach itself is not well looked after, it would be enough to clean it at the beginning of the season from large stones and debris, there is also a volleyball court but it is unusable due to the stones, which could be cleaned in half a day."
