Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Basilica di Superga for its absolutely stunning panoramic views of Turin and the Alps, making it a highlight of any trip. The historical significance, including the Royal Savoy tombs and the poignant football tragedy memorial, adds depth to the experience. However, some find the journey to reach it a bit complicated, and the basilica's midday closure can be inconvenient.
"This Basilica is absolutely stunning and you can feel the spirit when you enter the building. The back story is very interesting and shows how compelling people of history really were.
I highly recommend visiting this place if you're in Turin. Please be respectful though!"

"One of the best places to visit for the views. The basilica was beautiful. It is located at the top of the hill. You can access it via car, cable car or by foot. Make sure you go when the sky is clear to enjoy the scenery. You might not be able to visit the upper floor when it’s windy. If you are planning to go to the tombs tour. It is mandatory to go with a guide. The guide doesn’t speak English so you will miss the majority of the information. But you they give you a paper with the most important information about the tour."

"Very beautiful church! Amazing views of Torino and the green hills! Sadly the bus doesn't come to often so watch that."
