Tuscan Castello di Monteriggioni, Italy - technically a small walled town, but IMHO it still fits here.

It's really quaint but lovely. Theres a medieval Weapons Museum and of course they seel Assassin's Creed Merch. Unfortunately there isn't a Villa Auditore but it's still a fun half day trip.
