"I do hope that people visiting Trani and that are looking for an accommodation there, will read my review on La Giudecca. I hope that because I rarely found a B&B run by a nicer host than the one managing La Giudecca. Doriana, the owner and manager of this B&B has been absolutely spectacular from the the first time I contacted her for the booking, until the the day my client and I checked out. I am a professional photographer and I booked two rooms, one for myself and one for the client I was giving a two weeks photography workshop in Puglia. Doriana gave us two very nice rooms, both very clean and fully equipped, with a very comfortable queen size beds. She also provided us with plenty of informations on sites to visit, restaurants in the vicinities, and activities to do in case we had time out of the photo workshop. She always replied immediately to my emails and phone calls, always nicely, patiently, and professionally. Another amazing Doriana's plus is that she has a large network of other B&B owners, and in case of need she will refer you to those, in a wonderful spirit of cooperation and customer care.
Last but not least, Doriana is a technology wizard, at least to my eyes: if for any unlikely circumstances, she should not be able to be at the B&B at the time of the check in, or if you have forgotten the keys inside the room doors of the B&B, which is strategically positioned two minutes away from the Port of Trani, she will open them remotely from wherever she is. Maybe I am a boomer, but I have never seen anything like that.
So, in a few words..... thanks a lot Doriana, you have made our stay in Trani really enjoyable and cozy!
I hopeI'll be coming back to Trani some time soon to stay at La Giudecca, again.
