"A beautiful city center with magnificent historic buildings, towers, churches, and fountains. You have to take your time to enjoy and take in everything. I was particularly taken with the old murals and flower-decorated balconies, as well as the many beautifully preserved wooden doors and gates. The Cathedral Square with its feudal Neptune Fountain, Buonconsiglio Castle, San Vigilio Cathedral, the university, and the enchanting alleys and streets invite you to stroll and linger. This city has to be seen and experienced to be believed."

The square is very beautiful, with the famous Fountain of Neptune in the center, a true artistic masterpiece that gives a suggestive and unique atmosphere. I stopped to observe it for a while, admiring the details of the statue and the elegance of the buildings around it.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, and a few steps away there is also the Duomo di San Vigilio, another place that is absolutely worth visiting. I really appreciated the cafes and small places that overlook the square, where it is pleasant to sit for a break and enjoy the atmosphere.
I highly recommend visiting Piazza Nettuno if you are in Trento: it is a place that combines history, art and daily life in a very harmonious way and offers truly photographic views. In my opinion, it is an unmissable stop for those who want to discover the authentic charm of the city."
