The main drawback was the room. Although beautifully decorated and well maintained, the heating/air-conditioning did not work properly. The room felt stuffy on the first night, and we had to open the window. Mosquitoes were abundant, making it hard to sleep. We asked the management for help; they came to turn off the heating, but that did not resolve the issue. It was unfortunate that we couldn’t sleep well in such a beautiful place."
