The boat tours are consistently praised for their educational value and unique perspective. Some find the reserve's tranquility to be its greatest asset, offering a peaceful escape.
"An extraordinary protected area near Mantua, accessible by boat through various canals dotted with islands and reed beds. I departed from Grazie di Curtatone with the "boatmen of Mincio," choosing a 1.5-hour tour that took us on a small, silent electric boat to Mantua's upper lake.
The well-prepared guide helped us identify aquatic bird species, introduced us to the area's history, and showed us the endemic and imported vegetation, explaining its peculiarities, importance, and side effects. A regenerating peace envelops us in all seasons. €13 for the tour only. Numerous walking and cycling paths along the coast. Also popular with canoeists and fishermen. A pleasant and educational area suitable for everyone. Worth preserving."

"The reserve is one of the largest and most important wetlands in Northern Italy: in this stretch, the Mincio River reduces the difference in level between the riverbed and the countryside, causing stable flooding and the formation of the marshland. The environment is rich in biodiversity, but what fascinated me most was the view from above via my drone, which showed me an extraordinary environment I never would have imagined. Check out these images of mine!"

"A discovery. The view from the ferry is beautiful. Places out of this world, full of nature and history."
