Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise the Giardino Napoletano for its well-maintained beauty, tranquil atmosphere, and breathtaking sea views. Many appreciate its connection to the Palazzo d'Avalos museum, offering a combined cultural and scenic experience. Some note that while intimate, it's a delightful stop for relaxation and photography.

"This is the first stop on the Palazzo d'Avalos museum tour.
Extremely well-maintained, it attracts and intrigues visitors, even those who aren't avid admirers of the beauty of man-made gardens.
A venue for cultural and musical events, it features a viewing terrace overlooking the azure expanse of Vasto's sea."

Michele Soldovieri

"Very well-kept
Walled garden of the hortus conclusus type that was once divided into four sectors by perpendicular paths covered by a pergola supported by masonry columns. In the center there is a well between four benches covered with majolica. On the side wall there are architectural fragments, from ancient times originating from the place. The garden continues with the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and enclosed by a low wall with round arches that imitate a battlement. Very well-kept and beautiful to look at."

ROBERTO RIVIECCIO

"It's a relatively quiet and refined place, ideal for a relaxing break while visiting Vasto's historic center.

It combines architectural, botanical, and panoramic beauty: you'll be in a historic garden and admire the sea.

It's connected to Palazzo d'Avalos and the internal civic museums: you can combine it with a museum visit.

It's not huge: there's a well-kept and intimate garden belonging to a historic residence."
