"Beautiful hotel with really helpful staff. Excellently positioned for walking to all the main sightseeing places.
Definitely advise arriving at the hotel via private water taxi. Its expensive but really sets the tone for a fabulous time in the city"

"Location was great. At a ferry stop so easy to get to and close to walk to just about anywhere. The hotel itself is just OK - nothing to write home about. The breakfast is the morning was great. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Not one person we encountered at the reception desk was nice or helpful. We would not return if we came back to Venice."

"Third time staying here. Sept
29th & 30th. It’s one of the best locations in Venice. Some what away from the intensity of the centre of the city but close enough to make it to Saint Marks Square (if that’s your thing) in 20 minutes walking.
The service is extremely friendly, pleasant & kind. The rooms we have stayed in require a little upkeep. It’s not something that’s enough to complain about… but some do need attention.
Will return."
