"Awful experience! €5 per person to see glass blowing demonstration. As we entered, there were signs to keep front row free for children. Our son sat at the front end row, whilst my husband and I sat next to him along with other adults. It was not busy. However several minutes into the demo, 2 x families with 2 x boys turned up. I noticed and specifically asked them several times if their boys wanted to sit in the front but both their mothers declined saying their boys were fine. Howver the glass blower started gesturing at my husband, saying something we couldn't understand, clearly unhappy he was sitting in the front row. The glass blower then took a stool, placed it on other side of barrier and offered one of the boys to sit on it, The boy did sit on the stool, which was fine but it clearly made my husband look bad, even tho our offer to give up our seats was declined by the mother. We left and complained why the glass blower specifically targeted my husband! Why not the other adults in the front row who did not have children! We had our son with us! Not a pleasant experience! Do not recommend! Also my son couldn't see everything the glass blower was doing because there was a 'Thank you for your gratuity' cardboard blocking his view and also the adults with NO children hogging the front middle row!"

"I purchased a lamp for 1000 euro in SanMarco Murano glass factory on April 2023. i paid and it had to be shipped to my home. i have the receipt. they emailed me twice saying the lamp in the color i ordered is still in process. its over a year. I attached the photo of the lamp. I ordered in ivory instead of blue. I added one of their emails saying its not ready. When will i get it ?"
