"After car rental problems in Salerno, we extended our stay at Hotel Raito from 4 to 6 nights, which allowed us to get a good feel for the hotel. The location is ideal; close to smaller towns and Salerno, yet far enough away to allow for peace and quiet along with spectacular views of the waterline below. The service was exceptional. Sharon at reception, was particularly helpful. She provided great insights into sights/activities nearby and the easiest way to get to them. In particular, we had a challenging request of her that she was able to fulfill, much to our delight and surprise. All restaurant and bar staff were very professional and helpful. Our balcony faced southeast, so we had a spectacular view every morning as we had coffee every morning. With easy access to water taxi's it made visiting the Amalfi coast a joy."

ALL members of staff are incredible and will go above and beyond the call of duty to assist you and make sure you have the best experience. Carmelo, Alessia, Brigitta and the rest of the front of house team are fabulous. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job too - thank you! Franco at the restaurant was very attentive, hard working and always made sure we were very well looked after during breakfast and dinner. The young men who work at the pool bar are amazing, courteous and always looked after us so well. I would like to also mention Domenico who is the ultimate professional. We always looked forward to going to the hotel bar in the evenings to see him. We had some great conversations and drinks! Grazie Domenico!
