If you're just going to visit the springs, it's worth noting that the visit is only a 5-10 minute walk away, so it's recommended as a stop on a tour rather than a destination. It's accessible to both strollers and wheelchairs. There's no café or kiosk nearby. There's plenty of parking. I went on a Saturday, and the site was quiet, with only about 20 people."
