"As we headed towards Osake Shrine, we were just a short distance away when suddenly, a magnificent townscape appeared. Things like this make the side streets of the Seto Inland Sea so enjoyable. On the shortcut from the Chikusa River to Sakae Beach, a row of historic buildings, including the Okuto Sake Brewery building and storehouse, stretches for about 300 meters. It was a magnificent view. Since it was early in the morning, the Townscape Museum was not open. We parked our motorcycle (car) at the Ako City Sakae Daiichi Tourist Parking Lot on the beach."

Located in the center of the cobblestone main street, Odori,
Machinamikan Museum is a facility renovated from the former Okuto Bank, which dates back to the late Taisho period.

It displays valuable documents related to Sunagoshi's history and culture, as well as items used at the time.

The vault door is heavy and impressive!

The woman who gave us a tour was very polite and helpful.

We were photographed with Yanagi Gibson, a man and woman who were there for an interview with Yomiuri TV ten."
