"This place was interesting, my partner and I got to see the omikoshi (festival floats), a short video showing the festival, and then we saw a 3D video about the festivals in Chichibu. However it's all in Japanese. There is one section of the museum on the second floor that explains the Chichibu night festival in English. It's really interesting. I'd say go, why not?

500 yen per person. There is a gift shop, and a stage where I assume there are musical performances? I didn't get to see that though."

SYRI4L

"If you are in Chichibu, to see what kind of festival Chichibu is famous for, you’d better not miss it and take a look at this museum. It has projection mapping and also 3D film I introducing about seasonality of festivals. Beautiful and huge dashi floats! Every year on early December (this year Dec 2 and 3) - they are having Chichibu night festival so don’t miss it!"
