"Extremely crowded and noisy place. You can find much better, chill roadside stations in Hokkaido even with free footspa. The grill restaurant's menu is excellent, but it's hard to enjoy it in such environment. Note: the aquarium is NOT here, it's a separate museum with entrance fee and it's a bit further. The kids playroom area is very small and all the people are crossing there towards the toilet in a tiny, 1.5 meter space. It's a pity, that nobody cared about the above-mentioned things in a newly constructed building. My guess is that the tax-free shop sponsored the construction and they occupy the big space."
