"Great shipping and close walk to Palace Gardens.
Can be overwhelming while finding your train but as a stop to spend some time in, its really good.
Leaving the central exit, you can see the Ginkgo trees during Autumn which is why we went. Aswell as the Character shopping 🛍."

"Really busy and very overwhelming with the amount of people travelling/navigating one spot its basically a underground city.
Fairly easy to navigate around with English translation all around telling you where to go.
One of my travel mates was having issues with his shinkansen ticket to Shin-Osaka and a staff was able to help us quickly right beside the paying booth. you can never go hungry since there's bunch of food places inside the station and the toilet facility's were clean and maintain."
