What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the Ginza Six Rooftop Garden for its stunning, free city views and tranquil atmosphere, offering a peaceful escape in the heart of bustling Ginza. It's praised as a perfect spot for photos and relaxation, especially appreciated by budget travelers and couples. Some note that it can get crowded on weekends and evenings, and dining options within the complex are generally expensive.
"Beautiful, 360º views of the surrounding skyline, including a clear view of Tokyo Tower. Being here is particularly special after sunset when everything is lit up, but I recommend coming just before to get the whole experience.
A serene spot, too. There were a healthy number of people here, but it was a lot less crowded than other rooftop viewing spots I've been to in Tokyo."

"Although it was a grey day exploring Tokyo, we still appreciated the Ginza Six rooftop garden—a peaceful, lush green retreat high above the busy streets of Ginza. Surrounded by trees, plants, and well-designed landscaping, it provided a quiet, refreshing escape right in the heart of the city. What impressed us even more was Japan’s smart and deliberate use of rooftop space in dense urban areas, often converting it into vibrant gardens or installing solar panels. I only wish our own government took such a forward-thinking approach when planning for Sydney’s rapidly expanding skyline of high-rise developments!"

"Considering number of visitors and amazing 360 view from the garden, the place is so much underrated. You can overview whole Ginza with its pristine architecture, as well as most of the hills of Tokyo and most of the highest buildings including both towers. You can take snacks and drink with you and enjoys views in calmness witting on the wooden bench, which is quite rare in Tokyo! Highly recommended!"
