Although, the queues for staff assistance on fountain pens is quite long(20-45 min), which is troublesome especially if you're a tourist tight on time."

My favorite part was the craft section because I loved seeing all the stamps and punchers. The only thing to watch out for is the area with the regular gel pens. It gets extremely crowded after 12 noon, so it is better to go earlier. There is barely any space to move around once it gets busy."
