What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Itoya Ginza is widely celebrated as a stationery paradise, with its 12 floors offering an unparalleled selection of writing instruments, art supplies, and unique gifts. Visitors are captivated by the sheer volume and artistic presentation of products, making it a must-visit for enthusiasts. However, some shoppers find the popular sections, particularly pens, to be crowded and disorganized, with occasional difficulties in receiving staff assistance.
"Excellent stationary shop with probably the most variety I've seen. The prices are average though(at least for the fountain pens and inks), but that's fine because the service and testing of pens is really valuable. Everything is presented well too. Although, the queues for staff assistance on fountain pens is quite long(20-45 min), which is troublesome especially if you're a tourist tight on time."

"I was really happy to see that they have a good range of fountain pens, including some special ones from Sailor. I picked up a few inks too. My favorite part was the craft section because I loved seeing all the stamps and punchers. The only thing to watch out for is the area with the regular gel pens. It gets extremely crowded after 12 noon, so it is better to go earlier. There is barely any space to move around once it gets busy."

"This is a happy place for those who love stationary! 10 floors of stationary of all sorts grouped into categories in each level. Great place to look for small gifts and they have big cards section for all occasion.
Be prepared to spend at least an hour or two. If you are those who love stationary, be prepared longer hours to fully immerse yourself."
