"We were unfortunately 20 mins late due to severe accidents on the train track, were asked to wait inside lobby for a while but was able to watch live stream from a laptop;

Then the staff was kind to lead us to our seats.

Our seats are on 3rd floor it is still quite clear and full visibility; but if you want to look at their facial features it is not close enough.

All staff are kind and nice, overall a great experience."
