What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the UNIQLO Ginza Flagship Store, calling it a 'fashion universe' and a 'shopper's paradise' due to its immense 12-floor collection and organized layout. Highlights include exclusive items, the unique customization service, and the top-floor coffee shop. Some find the building a bit tight during peak hours, but overall, it's considered a must-visit for its quality, variety, and affordability.
"Visiting the UNIQLO Ginza Flagship Store is truly an experience in itself. Spread across multiple floors right in the heart of Ginza, this store feels less like regular shopping and more like stepping into a beautifully organized fashion universe.
The moment you enter, you’re greeted with bright, spacious interiors, friendly staff, and an impressive level of orderliness—exactly what you expect from a flagship but on an even bigger scale.
What I love the most is how each floor is thoughtfully curated: women’s wear, men’s wear, kids, UT collections, LifeWear essentials, and even limited-edition collaborations. Everything is easy to navigate, and there’s always someone nearby ready to help without being pushy. The staff here are exceptionally polite and knowledgeable, whether it’s about sizing, fabric details, or current promotions.
The sheer variety is amazing—you’ll find every color, every size, and every classic UNIQLO item, including pieces that are often sold out in smaller stores. Their UT (graphic tee) section is especially fun, with exclusive designs you don’t see everywhere else. I also appreciated how efficiently the fitting rooms and checkout counters are managed, even during peak hours. It’s quick, smooth, and very satisfying as a customer.
One highlight worth mentioning is their HeatTech, AIRism, and cashmere collections—the flagship stocks the widest range, making it the perfect place to pick up wardrobe staples. Prices remain very reasonable despite the premium Ginza location.
Overall, I highly recommend the UNIQLO Ginza Flagship Store to anyone visiting Tokyo—tourist or local. Whether you’re stocking up on basics, hunting for limited editions, or just exploring, this store offers the best of UNIQLO in one iconic building. A must-visit for fashion lovers, minimalists, and anyone who appreciates high-quality everyday wear."

"I can spend whole day here! 12 floors of Uniqlo really screams “Japan” for me.
The directory labels floors for women men or kids. The coffee shop is located on the top floor. I got a dorayaki and matcha latte WITH UNIQLO LOGO ON IT. That was so cool.
I made my way down with each floor. The staff were nice and helpful. Many fitting rooms. You took shoes off before stepping in the changing room.
There is a lounge for people to relax and take a break. Wonderful setup with chairs tables and magazines.
Compared to the US, the price is definitely lower. And much more variety. Material is good as always.
A must go if you like Uniqlo."

"You know Uniqlo, right? This 12-floor store has something for everyone. There's a whole floor for customization where you can get embroidered patches on your bags or jeans, and they even fix old clothes. We found some cool Japanese graphic T-shirts, perfect for souvenirs. Plus, they do tax refunds. On the 12th floor, there's Uniqlo Coffee, and we totally enjoyed our matcha latte after shopping."
